Patch Notes 02-11-2025 Update

This patch introduces several balance changes across multiple characters and items. Calico's Leaping Slash damage is reduced, and Return to Shadows has increased cooldown and reduced speed, though its T2 now offers a speed buff. Holliday's Powder Keg cooldown is extended, and Bounce Pad T2 damage is lowered. Sinclair's Bullet damage is decreased but velocity significantly increased, with reworked Rabbit Hex targeting and new VFX for several abilities. Wraith's Card Trick radius and Telekinesis damage are reduced. Finally, Ammo Scavenger has reduced max stacks and no longer provides health, while Extra Stamina and Restorative Shot lose their passive buffs.
