Patch Notes 03-16-2025 Update

This patch introduces several balance adjustments to the game. The neutral bounty has been increased by 5%, and the initial spawn time for Sinner's Sacrifice has been reduced from 10 minutes to 8 minutes. A bug affecting neutral bounty reduction later in the game has been fixed. Additionally, two items have been rebalanced: Restorative Locket no longer provides Spirit Resist, and Divine Barrier's shield values have been decreased.
