Summary

Hero Adjustments:

Abrams: Increased Infernal Resilience from 11% to 12%

Bebop: Reduced air control lockout period for Uppercut from 0.5s to 0.3s

Dynamo: Increased Kinetic Pulse damage spirit scaling from 1.4 to 1.8 and added +1 Charge at T3

Calico:

- Updated Gloom Bombs with new impact SFX and an arming effect

- Leaping Slash now heals only when hitting heroes, fixed VFX, and breaks breakables

- Ava duration reduced from 20s to 15s, cooldown from 50s to 45s, and now slows by 30% when taking damage

- Speed reduced from 75% to 65%, with T2 speed increased from +35% to +45%

- Return to Shadows cooldown increased from 80s to 90s

Grey Talon: Reduced Spirit Snare cooldown from 37s to 34s and increased T2 duration from +0.5s to +0.75s

Haze: Increased Bullet Dance T3 evasion from +40% to +60% and move speed from +2 to +3

Holliday:

- Adjusted Powder Keg charge time from 1s to 2s and knock-up time reduced by 15%

- Improved Bounce Pad responsiveness and VFX

- Spirit Lasso duration reduced from 2.5s to 2.25s but lasts 1.5s longer with Bounce Pad

Kelvin: Arctic Beam now slows roll distances by 20%

- Seven: Reduced Storm Cloud secondary ability delay from 2s to 0.25s

Shiv: Serrated Knives no longer stops after hitting a Soul Orb

Sinclair:

- Adjusted Vexing Bolt damage mechanics and allowed retargeting through walls

- Audience Participation cooldown reduced from 100% to 50% and increased stolen ultimate duration from 10s to 20s

Vindicta: Reduced bullet damage from 11.7 to 11.4 and crow projectile speed from 4750 to 4250

Viscous: Improved Goo Ball turn rate by 10%

Vyper:

- Increased bullet damage growth from 0.32 to 0.36

- Updated Petrifying Bola to be unbreakable and adjusted Lethal Venom to deal damage through petrify

General Changes:

- All objectives now take 50% less damage from Spirit Damage

- Shrines are immune to Spirit Damage when out of range

- Various adjustments to ammo, fire rate, and lifesteal mechanics across different abilities
