System & Matchmaking Updates
Hero Banning: Added to Standard and Street Brawl. Players can middle-click one hero in their roster to avoid them. Currently 2 total bans per match.
Roster Requirements: Parties of 3+ players now require 4 heroes in their roster (up from 3).
Global Fire Rate: Slight reduction to Fire Rate bonuses and penalties across most items and abilities.
Stat Screen: "Dash Speed" is now visible in the Vitality stat section.
Bullet Resistance: Debuffs now apply increased damage for subsequent hits rather than the initial hit.
Item Balance (Highlights)
Slowing Bullets: Removed Fire Rate; now provides +15% Weapon Damage. Dash distance reduction increased to -25%.
Dispel Magic: (Renamed from Debuff Remover) No longer grants Debuff Resistance or HP; now grants +14% Spirit Resistance.
Cursed Relic: (Renamed from Curse) Removed +15% Weapon Damage. Now carries a -8% Total Damage penalty while held.
Restorative Locket: Now self-cast only. Restores up to 3 stamina based on stored stacks. Cooldown reduced to 20s.
Regen Items: Extra Regen and Healing Booster now grant +1 "Out of Combat" Regen.
Glass Cannon: Max Health penalty increased from -13% to -15%.
Hero Balance (Highlights)
Abrams: Reduced gun falloff range. Seismic Impact damage and stun duration increased. Siphon Life T3 DPS reduced.
Bebop: Sticky Bomb can no longer be self-cast. If dispelled, it now drops to the ground and continues its countdown.
Vindicta: Assassinate reworked. It now grants +5% Weapon Damage per kill instead of Bonus Souls (T3 adds another +4% retroactively).
Ivy: Melee damage penalty removed.
Lash: Ground Strike rotation is now restricted to 90 degrees (was 360).
Viscous: Bullet damage per boon reduced, but Spirit per boon increased.
Street Brawl Mode
Custom Balance: The mode now features hero-specific balancing (indicated by a special mark on tooltips).
Trooper Buff: Now have 20% Spirit Resistance (increases by an additional 20% in Overtime).
Specific Nerfs: Bebop (Hyperbeam duration), Seven (Storm Cloud damage), and McGinnis (Turret cooldown).
Specific Buffs: Mirage (Traveler cooldown reduced to 60s) and Holliday (Crackshot Spirit scaling increased).
